Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of the ON Deals app ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the App.
1. What ON Deals is
ON Deals is a directory app: it surfaces publicly available discount codes, coupons, and offers published by third-party merchants operating in the UAE. We are not the merchant, we don't sell the underlying products or services, and we're not a party to any purchase you make using a code found in the App.
2. Accuracy of merchant offers
We work to keep listed offers current and correct, but merchants change, expire, or withdraw their own promotions at any time without notifying us. We don't guarantee that any code, price, or offer shown in the App is still valid at the moment you try to use it, and we're not liable for expired, invalid, or changed offers, or for any loss arising from relying on them. Always confirm final pricing and terms with the merchant before you buy.
3. Accounts
Creating an account is optional and is done only through Sign in with Apple. You're responsible for keeping your device and Apple ID secure. You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account inside the App; see our Privacy Policy for what that does to your data.
4. ON Deals Prime subscription
- Prime is an auto-renewing subscription purchased through Apple's In-App Purchase system, billed to your Apple ID.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase, and the subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your Apple ID account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price you agreed to.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals but doesn't refund the current period.
- No refunds are issued by us directly — all purchases are handled by Apple, and refund requests go through Apple's standard process.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, or bulk-extract content from the App.
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose, or to publish or share codes in a way that violates a merchant's own terms.
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's infrastructure.
6. Third-party trademarks
Merchant names and logos shown in the App belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the merchant's own publicly offered promotion. Their appearance in the App does not imply any endorsement, partnership, or sponsorship by that merchant unless stated otherwise.
7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or reliance on any offer listed in it.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated terms.
