Privacy Policy

ON Deals ("we", "us", "the App") is a UAE deals and coupons app. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have — including how to delete your account. We designed the App to work with as little personal data as possible: there is no advertising SDK, no analytics SDK, and no device-tracking identifier (IDFA) anywhere in the App.
1. Information we collect

Browsing the deal feed, searching, and viewing merchant offers does not require an account and is not tied to any personal identifier.
2. What we don't do
- We don't use any analytics, advertising, or attribution SDK.
- We don't collect your device's advertising identifier (IDFA) and never show an App Tracking Transparency prompt, because we don't track you across apps or websites.
- We don't sell or share your personal data with third parties.
- We don't request access to your camera, location, contacts, or photo library.
3. Sign in with Apple
Account creation uses Sign in with Apple exclusively. Apple may provide us your name and email address (or a private relay email address, if you choose to hide your email) on your first sign-in. We store only what Apple sends us and what's needed to identify your account on future sign-ins.
4. Subscriptions (ON Deals Prime)
Prime subscriptions are sold and processed entirely through Apple's In-App Purchase system. We receive confirmation that you're subscribed so the App can unlock Prime features — we never see or store your card details, and all billing, renewal, and cancellation is managed through your Apple ID subscription settings.
5. Data retention
We keep your account data for as long as your account exists. If you delete your account (see below), your account record and your saved deals are permanently deleted from our database immediately — this cannot be undone.
6. Deleting your account
In the app
Open Profile → Delete Account and confirm. This permanently deletes your account and saved deals right away.
You can also request deletion by emailing support@ondeals.app from the email address associated with your account.
7. Children's privacy
ON Deals is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
8. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes to this policy, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you in the App.
